Wow it's already a new year

Who would of thought that 2011 would go by so incredibly quickly. Oh no some people might say 2012 is coming what are we to do Ahhhhhhhhhhh!¡!¡ Well to those people running around like idiots the calander was outdated along time ago I don't know when but it was ; how many times did people say that the world was gonna end in 2011. A lot so many, people stopped caring so why are they all gonna get so worried just because some big calendar said so WOW people really some people say oh well it says in the bible ,umm people it also says we will never know when the world is coming to and end so calm down and just breath in because we are gonna see 2013 well most of us I can't promise all of us sorry I'm not a miricle worker but happy New Years.

Has anyone out there seen the movie Donnie Darko. Dose anyone actually understand it but me. I have asked sooo many people about it and no one has ever said yah I understand it. Ok well let me take a minute to explain it. Well its about a boy that is constently visted by a teenager that he murders in the future. The boy is in a bunny suit(a very creepy looking bunny) he shows him a worm whole through time. An airplain engine falls out of a worm whole and destroys his room since he all ready knew about it he knows to stay away. He falls in love with a girl and the boy that he murders hits her with a car when the driver steps out of the car he shoots him in the eye and that is the reason why He wears the very disturbing bunny suit but I think that you should watch the movie because it is like very awstastic and well yeah I don't have to go on.

Being a teacher

Being a teacher is so easy, not. If your'e a teacher, you have to put up with annoying, rude monsters. Especially if you are a middle school teacher; you get the short end of the stick. Middle school is when the kids are the most rebellious. In elementary school, the kids are scared of the teachers. In high school, the bad kids realize that they need their education. If you have a choice, don't be a middle school teacher.

Social Networking: A Love-Hate Relationship

               Facebook and other social networking sites have some pros and cons. Facebook is addicting but it is a book of your life. Anyone can read it and find out anything about you. Many use it to find "true love" but you never will because many create fake accounts to find little kids so that they can kidnap them. But there are some advantages to social sites. Socialnetworking.procon.org has been created just to list the pros and cons of sites such as, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr. The website also lists some interesting and creepy facts as well.

Trades In The NBA

A recent new trade in the NBA is being decided to be done. New Orleans Hornets star player Chris Paul is possibly being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. The Hornets coach is still debating as if he wants a trade or leave Chris as a free agent. The Lakers were going to trade Kevin Martin, Luis Scola and Lamar Odom. The Hornets werent sure if they wanted this trade so it is still undecided. Read more here

Quilling Artwork

My latest curiosity is quilling. My mom told me about it because at her work they have a display case and a resident put their quilling art on display. Quilling means a decorative craftwork in which a material such as glass, fabric, or paper is formed into small bands or rolls that form the basis of a design. Quilling interest me because you roll paper up and can make practically any design. I want to get the materials so that I can learn how to quill, I would love to make colorful snowflakes and flowers. Doing nothing

Could you ever imagine a WHOLE post about doing nothing? I can because I'm writing it ha ha. Well the key to doing nothing is NOT MOVING :) I mean grown ups like to judge us kids when we don't feel like doing the things they want us to do, well NEWSFLASH what you tell us to do is boring and well BORING!!!!! Why cant we be given FUN tasks to do is it really so hard to think of?? Well hey now I'M boring you so tell you what I want you to go and bounce on a trampoline go swimming. HAVE FUN!!!! Adults want us to be bored out of our minds but I say NO!!!!! Go enjoy yourself! :)

Bats

They fly swiftly in the air and grab their pray with such grace and ease, bats are the nocturnal animals.

Bats are sometimes seen in the day but they hunt at night so no one really sees them.

Bats are insect eaters and they are blind so they use a echolocation,

echolocation is a system that a bat screeches and sound comes back.

Bats are fundamental to an ecosystem they eat bugs so bug counts drop.

Should people use surgery to improve their looks.
Well I say nay to this heinous act of self productivity it's just wrong thinking about it.
Some people say that its good to cut their skin and add plastic in their body.
Why would you ruin the stuff god gave you to live.

Why Change Yourself?

Why on earth would you want to change yourself ? You are beautiful the way you are. If you change yourself then you're a total different person. Plastic surgery is very dangerous, especially if you do it to yourself. By injecting cooking oil in your face and other harmful chemicals you can make your face look fat and puffy. I say this because I read an article and saw pictures about a lady that did this. Don't let someone discriminate against you for how you look. Don't let someone tell you that you have a big nose or that you have huge eyes. Come on now they're probably jealous because you're so beautiful. Changing Yourself, Good or Bad?

Changing yourself can be bad, but it can also be right. In a bad sense, you would not be keeping your body natural. Then again, half the things we use to survive are not natural. In a good sense, the person will use the opportunity to change him or herself to change what they want. When they change themselves the will boost their self esteem because they will feel good about themselves. In conclusion, if you feel like you need to change yourself, do it, but if you feel like you don't need to, then don't.

In the early 2009 Charla Nash was attacked by a 200 pound chimp. The chimp tore off her hands, nose, elids and lips. Charla Nash was frightened by what the chimp had done to her face and was probally worried about how people would react to it. Later in 2009, she reaveled her self on "Oprah". It was a horryfying thing that had happened to her. There was only one way she could save all the humiliation and disgust of people. Charla wanted Plastic surgery. Alot of you people think it maybe wrong to have Plastic surgery but in this case she wanted to save herself from disgust, thoughts, or comments from people.

was a disaster! In most cases this won't happen but why would you chance it?

Many families that have had a relative get plastic surgery are "satisfied"

with it but honestly it disgusts them. In families' minds they know that "you

are naturally beautiful just the way you are." When you change yourself you are

not the same person. People look at you different, treat you differently, and act

differently while around you. Why? Why would you change yourself? Look again! It might end up looking like this!!!

Would plastic surgery REALLY be improving yourselves??

My opinion on this issue is that NO I don't think plastic surgery will help you improve yourself! All plastic surgery is saying is that you don't love yourself, and this song "you are beautiful" says to appreciate yourself and don't let what anyone says bring you down! You know what your doing to that song when you get plastic surgery...you are spitting on it! If you get plastic surgery you are admitting that you hate how you look. Everyone has their own view point on this issue its just that mine I decided to put out there and that is just FINE. You have your opinion and I have mine listen to it and THEN choose whats your opinion. I DO believe that you shouldn't try to make yourself loom artificial. In my opinion DON'T have plastic surgery!

Why?

What is wrong with people, I mean does something snap in some people’s heads when you can get an unbelievable deal on something for a day. There are stories about people getting trampled and other people getting taken to the hospital and one person pepper spraying people for a game. The big question here is why do people go crazy and throw all sense out the window for a pair of yoga pants…the world may never know...but I don't care about the reason I just enjoy poking fun at the idiots that caused the accident. In one of the stories I read about black Friday a grandfather was getting beaten for a video game he was getting for his eight year old grandson. In another a girl was trampled for something that she had in her hands and escaped with her life. In yet another(and this one is my favorite because it’s so stupid) two ladies at a Victoria's Secret got in a brawl over a pair of yoga pants. Do any of these stories make sense to you? If so then please comment on this and tell me how.

Why destroy a good game?

I think that dodgeballl should not be ban from schools. This is because many kids in the world love playing the game and do not want to give it up. I for one am one of those people, I used to play dodge ball every day in 5th and 6th grade, then they started to let us play less and less and eventually we only got to play it every other week for one day...then not at all. When the principle said that it was ban for being too violent I wanted to laugh in her face and I am sure that there are other people in the world that feel the same. In an article by ABC news it talks about how kids feel about the game and why the game is being ban across the country. Dodge ball is a great game because it teaches u how to stand up for yourself and fight back, this is because when someone gets you out you want to get them back automatically and no matter how small, big, nerdy, or weak u have a fair shot at exacting revenge on the guy that got you out.

Black Friday Madness

Just recently on Black Friday a middle-aged woman was pepper spraying people inside a Wal-Mart. Police say that she had did it for defense because she was scared of being  crushed by the stampede. She was scared of all the people fighting for electronic games. A surburban lady had other things to say about the incident she told Times news that she was scared of being crushed or it could have been her only access to get a game. I can understand why she pepper sprayed all those people to save her life but, she also could have been trying to get her hands on one of those games for the holidays.

Should people be afraid of the unknown

This is a pressing matter people die not trying to learn about what there don't know. People should be jumping to learn about the unseen and unheard of.
We people must search for an awakening or an enlightenment to survive on this planet. But I must agree sometimes it can be a bad idea in certain cases like evil aliens.

Calm down its just a stupid sale!!!!!!!!!!!!

O.K. i am not trying to call a lot of people out there crazy, but seriously people. I know how fantabulous (yes i made that word up) Black Friday is but calm down people peoples life count to not there stupid $2.00 waffle maker or the stupid video game or what ever it may be. I was reading news articles were they pushed a teenager to the floor and started trampling her for what she had in her hands. Seriously people! And i was listening to the radio when i herd there was a dieing man getting trampled for a $2.00 waffle maker. Are the products really more important than a human life. I mean you might not care like "hahaha that man died at a black Friday sale idiot hahaha" or "See what happens when you are crazy and og to target at midnight but what if your own child or brother or grandma was the one getting trampled for a stupid sale yah think of it from that angle. Wouldnt you want those people to calm down and help but America love cheap items to much. SO CALM DOWN PEOPLE IT IS JUST A STUPID SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Black Friday Consequeces

Black Friday can have consequences. The consequences can be minor injuries, but some severe. There was a lady who pepper sprayed other people and even kids trying to get a Xbox360. She ended up getting the Xbox360 and still ended up paying the sale price.She walked out the door just like that no one even stopped her. That's crazy I would have pounded on her and turned her in to the police. Police are still looking for that woman who pepper sprayed other people. That lady is crazy because she pepper sprayed other people just to get a Xbox360. I'm sorry but that is plain stupid right there if you ask me. Cause now the cops are out there looking for her and she might even get arrested. She hasn't even turned herself in and apologize for hurting other people. Honestly that is just flat out wrong someone could have been seriously injured. Luckily no one was severely injured. Black Friday shouldn't be so violent and crazy. I think they should organize it. Cody Simpson Dating the Kardashian's Sister?

Paparazzi has spotted Cody Simpson with a girl hitttin' it up at The Grove. Australian Teen Pop Star Cody Simpson is currently dating Kylie Jenner. Kylie Jenner is Kim Kardashian's half-sister who is a 14 year old reality TV star and a model. They were found in LA’s Grove on November 27, 2011 just shopping before Cody Robert Simpson and Kylie Jenner were to be separated for a while due to Cody’s New Album being recorded.

Cody Simpson's fans are definitely not happy about the outcome of the two dating. In my own experience, Many of Cody’s fans predict that they will have a “chance” with him. Sorry Girls! Stop dreaming…. He’s TAKEN!!!

Your friends will always be your friends no matter what? How do we really know??

Well my opinion on this question is that it all depends. You need to choose your friends carefully, otherwise you could get burned. This questions really refers that you have great friends but some of us do not, we have mean friends that make us feel horrible and we do not do anything about it because we want to fit in! Well you know what I say,I say NO MORE, we need to stand up for ourselves if they ignore you ignore them! If they always leave you YOU do the same. It is not hopeless you don't need to be ignored and made fun of you can get up and actually DO something about it. If they want to treat you like dirt then don't care and ignore them try and make new friends. I know it can be hard to make new friends( from my own experience) but don't hang out with who you usually do ,hang out with different people who do different things, you might even like it! So my answer to that is IT ALL DEPENDS. If you have great friends that make you feel great then thats fantastic, but others have a harder time. Don't let mean messed up "friends" make you feel horrible just stop hanging out with them and find someone new!!! It's not hopeless. Dodgeball

This is a blog that is about a very serious matter, DODGE BALL! Yes the game many people love to play but there's a problem in certain schools dodge ball is being banned it's horrible.
Check this blog about it, crazy huh.
But dodge ball is a fun game and it's harmless.
And it teaches you how to dodge, catch, make strategies, and through better.
Maybe sometimes kids get hit but not all the time and when they do it barley hits them.
So do you see dodge ball is safe not a danger see this picture.

O.K. in my opinion dodge ball is a very fun game and that yeah it can be dangerous. But the teacher are suppose to be there watching the children making sure that the students are playing fair. Also most oft the students that hurt people and are in the "i am everything mode", don't deserve to be in the game seriously! But i dont think that the sportswriter Rick Reilly shouldn't of wrote that article making fun of the people who are against dodge ball. A little one sided if you ask me. But when i read the"wall of shame" i was like really those game show idiotic is that. I mean duck..duck.. goose, or a game as nonviolent as Simon says. Really what sissy's seriously. Should Dodgeball Be Banned From Schools

I think dodgeball should be banned because it influences other kids to think its okay to hit others with a ball. Some kids throw like beast, meaning that they throw really hard. Kids come home with bruises and scratches on there arms, legs, and faces. My experience was when I was playing dodgeball someone threw it super-duper hard at my face and I came home with a black eye. Let me tell you my mom wasn't to happy with it. So you see dodgeball can be very dangerous. It also make the weaker players less confident, and the most skilled are the most confident. That is so not right because everybody should have confidence when there playing a game. It is not right to teach kids that you win by hurting others. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! You win by doing your best not by hurting others. Dodgeball is a inappropriate sport and should be banned from all schools. Dodge-ball should NOT be taken from our P.E Curriculum

I believe that dodge-ball is being blown WAY out of proportion. I mean it is a fun and active game, I can understand why adults overreact on this silly issue. IT IS JUST A GAME, everyone thinks it is such an evil game and that it implies so many different things well guess what it DOES NOT!!!! I can not stress how annoying and unbelievable this issue is, it is a fun indoor or outdoor activity. Also if bullying is the case then you can man up and finally get him or her back. I can honestly say plain and simple STOP OBSESSING over a elementary school activity!!!! I am sorry but I can not get over why it is such a big issue. I suppose I will never know

Don't Ban Dodgeball

Look alot of people and articles are saying that dodgeball should be banned.Why? Theywan't it banned because they think it;s dangerous and helps lower our self-esteems. Dodgeball is a great game and is played all around the world. For crying out loud people used to play that game with a HUMAN HEAD! I like dodgeball as a sport but, alot of little kids don't because their scared about a round red rubber ball hitting them.

Sure dodgeball may cause some injuries but, u gotta suck it up and play the game and stop hiding in the shadows. I used to ove playing this game in elementary school but, now I don't see it that much played in junior highs. I know alot of thesepeople want to ban this sport but, this might change our minds. I love dodgeball and I don't want to see it be banned no matter how many injuries happen.

 

The Debate on Banning Dodge Ball

Dodge Ball and other sorts of ball throwing games might be banned from schools. I think they are inappropriate for any sort of Physical Education in elementary schools, junior high or middle schools, and high schools. It just shows kids that it is 100% okay to hit a fellow peer and laugh at it and feel like your a winner because you hurt someone either severely or even just a minor scratch.

It is not okay to teach kids about violence. In some schools which this is okay, they play Murder Ball or Red Rover. Some of the kids that are hurt get made fun of.It is not okay and many WON'T ALLOW IT TO BE PLAYED IN THEIR CHILD'S SCHOOL!!!!

Being a game designer

I have always wanted to be a game designer but never really looked into it. So  decided to research it and found out how to be a good video game designer and even found some tips on it.

I found out that you need to be creative and think of your own ideas. i also learned that you don't need to power through making the game because you may mess up and not be able to fix it. This is bad because if you screw up the game then when you present it you may get in trouble.

 Also if you don't know math or how to write code then you cant design a game at all. This is because there is a bunch of equations and code that go into a game to make it work. 

Cooking

I have always been intrested in cooking. I know that alot of cookers are usualy women but, personally I think that alot of men are gifted in cooking for example: Chef Ramsey, Guy Fieri, Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay and my Infamous Grandpa. I usually watch my Mom and Granpda cook their specialties to get inspiration. If I were ever to cook i would start off simple by maybe cooking some eggs, bacon, sausge links and pancakes with a side of milk. Now i feel more inspired to start  a cooking career in Culinary Arts. This weekend i might make breakfast for the family and see what they think. Hope it goes well.

My Interest in Italy

I have an interest to go to Italy. Italy is a large country located in Southern Europe. Everyone who has been to Italy says "There pizza is to die for!!!" Since I'm Italian, it has always been a dream of mine to go there and tour the beautiful country. 

It sounds like fun to go see the paintings done by Michelangelo. Michelangelo is a renaissance painter from Italy. There are many other statues and historical buildings in Florence either painted or carved by Michelangelo.

Italy is also known because the cast of “Jersey Shore” was there recently to film there season. Many people say Italy is small and clammed together but it’s just there architecture styles.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the interesting topic for me because I love the way they move so fast but fierce and elegant. Gymnastics is a sport that is very competitive and credited and takes many years to perfect. Some of the girls starting as young as three years old, get into the Olympics at just the age of 15! That's one year older than I am! That's amazing, gymnast are very flexible and they have very good balance. My favorite is the vault, floor, beams and uneven bars. But being a gymnast also require eating healthy and doing a lot of exercise. Gymnastics looks like a very fun sport, but it is very strict and the girls are very disciplined. Since all the performances they do, they are very fit and muscular and some may even say it takes away their femininity. I am very interested in Gymnastic and I would love to learn more about. And hopefully I will.

Dragons

I've studied dragons for many years for one reason, I was just fascinated by their structure.
So I studied their nature and environments.
How and way the ate amused me a little, and knowing there are many types surprised me.
Now I'm searching for the origin of all dragon stories is. like from Mesopotamia here is their story.
There are stories from all over the world to like these.
Dragons hold a dear part to cultures and stories stories that scare people, stories that make you laugh, and stories that make you cry. dragons are also foundations to some civilizations. here's a picture of a baby.

Knitting

OK this may come across as odd that a 13 year old year old girl is interested in knitting, but you are not aware of my history per say. My grandma and my aunt both knit like crazy so they taught me the basics but I would like to know more.

So I went online and researched knitting and this is the information I got: that there are SO many things to knit from scarfs to gloves to booties, the possibilities are endless!!!!

Also it's known that people knit for 2 main reasons: 1 they find it very calming, 2 they need warm clothing ha ha. I know that the reason I knit is that I find it distracting so when I am angry I can focus on my knitting and not on my anger. Plus I just do it when I am bored.

Stage Set-Up

           
            Have you ever thought of going to a concert but not knowing which one?! Well Katy Perry's California Dreams Tour 2011 is PERFECT! Her stage is set up with lots of candy props.....sort of like Candy Land. The performance is based on a story. She starts off as a butcher and then ends up in a cupcake shop. When she returns home and falls asleep her cat, Kitty Purry, goes missing. Soon  to follow Katy Perry wonders to follow and ends up on a path like the "Wizard of Oz" but with lots of candy. As she sings songs, the story goes on. All of the songs flow with the story.The show lasts about 3 hours. ENJOY!!! :D

NBA Lockout

This is unbelievable the NBA is keeping us fans from watching good games. This only happening over all the MONEY that the players and coches want!!! I think that they should get more cash but they get enough. What are we fans suppose to do if we can't watch our game becayuse or dumb reasons. The NBA is just money hungry and they can't just deserve to get what they want. This link will tell more about this problem.

Anne Frank

Well since we could pick ANY topic we wanted I of course chose Anne Frank, I want to give you some facts about life in hiding, and also my opinion on what happened to the Jews. Well first of all Anne Frank lived in a secret annex which was actually located in the middle of Amsterdam, at her fathers work. There were 8 people living there, they were Anne Frank, Margot Frank, Edith Frank, Otto Frank, Petronella Van Daan(Mrs.Van Daan) , Herman Van Daan(Mr.Van Daan) Peter Van Daan, and Albert Dussel. According to my research which by the way I have done a lot of research on Anne and basically the Holocaust in general. I am getting away from what I was going to say oh yes some information about the secret annex:Anne fell in love with Peter, of course Anne kept a diary and many might not know that Margot kept a diary as well except it was not found. If we had found her diary and had Anne's we would have had TWO points of views of life in hiding, but sadly we don't. Anyway Anne had trouble with her mother, but was very close to her father. The members of the secret annex were captured on August 4th 1944. Anne and Margot both died of typhus, Margot died first then Anne a few days later just a few weeks before their camp was liberated. Then Edith Frank died of exhaustion and starvation. Mrs.Van Daan collapsed and died on a brutal march. Mr.Van Daan was sent to the gas chambers and Peter watched his father leave and only to see his clothing come back. Peter died after a long march. Now Albert Dussel the way he died is unknown or at least I couldn't find. Otto Frank was the only of the 8 to survive. Stop Bullying!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!

One day i went to check my text messages and i got a forward hat almost made me cry. It was about a little girl who has cancer... well it was a little girl who had cancer talking about people who get bullied for reasons that if they knew they would seriously feel bad in side there was and old man who everyone called ugly when his face got seriously injured in a war FIGHTING for our country. How messed up is that the guy go's fights for our country get hurt really badly then comes back for everyone to come and call him ugly. Then she talks about another guy who every one call "fat" when he has a serious disease that causes him to be over weight, he didn't want the disease and he definitely did not want to be called fat by every one. Then she goes to talk about one more person but i don't think its appropriate to but on the internet. O.k. seriously I know what its like to be bullied and trust me its not o.k. what so ever. So all of those bullies out there I cant make you stop but please do. But this is for every one out there some people who get bullied never get over it. I have herd stories of people who got bullied committing suicide. Seriously if I was that bully I know that i would feel guilt so badly that i would probably send my self to jail. But all I need to say is seriously STOP it not cool.
